PoopMate is designed to prioritize data privacy. We collect the following types of information:

• Health Logs: Information you record about bowel movements, including time, duration, symptoms, and characteristics.
• Notes: Any text notes you add to your logs regarding your diet or general health.
• Usage Data: Anonymous statistics and crash reports to help us improve app stability.
• Subscription Data: Payment details are managed by RevenueCat and your device's App Store. We do not store your financial information.

3. Permissions

We may request permissions for:

• Notifications: To remind you to log your data or drink water, if enabled.
• Photo Library: Only if you choose to attach a photo to a log entry (stored locally).

4. Data Storage and Control

Everything stays on your device. Your personal health logs, notes, and photos are stored locally. We do not transmit this sensitive data to our servers. You have complete control over your data—deleting the app or specific logs removes that data permanently from your device.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted partners for app infrastructure:

• RevenueCat: To manage premium features and trials.
• App Store: For transaction security.

6. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a passcode or biometric lock (FaceID/TouchID) on your mobile device.

7. Children's Privacy

PoopMate is not directed at children under 13. We do not intentionally collect data from users in this age group.
