By downloading or using PedalCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

PedalCast provides cycling weather analysis, wind forecasts, and bike maintenance tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a premium subscription. All payments are processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.

4. User Responsibilities

While PedalCast provides weather and maintenance data, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety while cycling. Weather conditions can change rapidly, and maintenance predictions are estimates based on standard mechanical wear. Always check your equipment manually before ogni ride.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including design, logos, and proprietary algorithms, is the property of PedalCast and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

PedalCast and its developers shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or mechanical failures occurring during or after the use of the application. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
